The Garden of Words is undoubtedly a fantastic work. Whether it's the exquisite art style or the captivating storyline.
Makoto Shinkai left an open-ended ending. I think love can transcend many things, maybe even the conflicts in their hearts, or maybe not, but either way, at least they loved.
At this point, it seems like the ending doesn't matter anymore.
Shinkai's work at this time is very realistic, with a hint of sadness. But it's beautiful, so beautiful that it takes your breath away. It's both painful and joyful.
